Process to Become A
Level 1 Volunteer/Coach
Thank you so much for showing an interest in becoming an EPE coach. We are grateful that we have such a supportive community who are willing to use their personal time to help our students.
Becoming a Coach: Please click here to learn the steps to follow in order to become an approved coach for CPS.
Volunteers should complete all steps as soon as possible because this may take several weeks to go through all the proper channels in CPS. Unfortunately, a coach is unable to meet with their players until they are a fully approved CPS coach.

CPS Requirements
CPS is requiring all adults who interact with students in one way or another to complete their volunteer process and we will have to enforce this to ensure all of our students are safe. We know this is a big change for our community but we have to make sure that we keep every student in CPS safe. We hope you understand.
All Visitors Must
Come to the Main Office
Currently, all visitors must come to the main office to sign-in. It is there that we will check to see if individuals are registered volunteers with CPS. Further details will be shared as they become available but if you know you will volunteer this year (and interact with students) it would be best to complete the Level 2 process now.
Those who need to complete the more intensive Level 1 process will be contacted by the school.
