Drop-Off Guidelines
- Begins at 7:30 AM
- Use Door 3 via Myrtle Ave (one-way westbound)
- Drop students off in the cone lane
- DO NOT park on either side of Olcott in front of the school
- Drop off at Door 1 (Olcott Ave) After 7:50 AM
Morning Line-Up & Entry
- 7:45 AM: Teachers pick up students at their designated line-up spots
(View Locations on slides 3 & 4 here) - 7:45 AM: Bell rings - teachers escort students inside
- 7:50 AM onward: Use Door #1, Students come to main entrance for entry
- Extreme Inclement Weather* Students wait indoors and sit in their assigned areas by class
- 8:05 AM: Students are considered tardy

Lunch & Recess Schedule
Each lunch session includes 27-28 minutes of recess and 27-28 minutes of lunch
- 11:00 - 11:55 AM: Kindergarten - 4th Grade
- 12:20 - 1:15 PM: 5th - 8th Grade
Dismissal Procedures
- Students are dismissed from the same location as morning line-up
- Aftercare Participants go directly to designated areas
- Kindergarteners in Aftercare are picked up from classrooms prior to 2:45pm
Escort Policy
- Parents may authorize 4th - 8th grade students to:
- Walk home with a younger sibling
- Escort another younger EPE student (non-sibling) by arrangement
- Important: No K-3 student may be released to walk alone or to an empty home
Before & Aftercare
- Before Care opens at 6:45 AM
- Aftercare ends at 6:00 PM
