Happy Summer, EPE Community. 

I wanted to share a few things with you are we roll into the second 1/2 of summer. 

1. In early/mid August, in lieu of sending postcards and sharing personal information, we will send out an email letting you know that schedules have been finalized. At this point, even though you have access to Parent/Student Portal, students are still being scheduled and class lists are not finalized as of yet. 

2. Some important dates:

• Tuesday, August 20th: “A day in the life of…” for Kindergarten parents only (no kids) (6 pm)
• Thursday, August 22nd: Supply Drop-Off and Curriculum Night for grades 1st – 8th (5:30 – supply drop off begins; teacher curriculum night presentations at 6, 6:20, and 6:40 pm)
• Monday, August 26th: First day of school

At Supply Drop-Off/Curriculum Night, we will have tables in the back to pay school fees ($100 each), sign up for before/aftercare, sign up for PTA and other clubs, plus vendors for after school classes. School apparel will also be sold! Further details will be shared soon. You can also pay your school fees now if you like – click here (Make a One-time Payment). 

3. If you did not order supply packs in the spring, you can find all school supplies for each grade level on our school website here. We provided Amazon links to make it easier for all of you. 

4. Our webiste calendar has been updated to include all special events and days off. However, you can also find the 2024-25 CPS calendar here for your reference. 

I will share all of this information again but wanted to put it on your radar as we enter the last few weeks of summer. Have fun!
