Contact a teacher through the website
Good day, EPE Community.
This is a reminder that Q3 progress reports were sent home last week. If you did not get one, please contact your child’s teacher directly.
Also, I want to thank Sean Nash, former Edison Park Elementary parent of three students who graduated from EPE, who has filled our open Community Member LSC seat. Also, long-term parent and EPE supporter, Janessa Seider is now part of the LSC. Thank you and welcome! We look forward to working with both of you to further improve EPE.
I found this meme last week and figured many of you can relate. I hope you find it funny!

The District has launched its annual School Food Survey, which is open through Friday, March 21. Please encourage the students and parents at your school to fill it out to help make our meals better! The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete and must be filled out in one sitting. The CPS Department of Nutrition Support Services will award a special prize to the elementary school and high school with the most survey responses! This prize will include a collection of exciting technology devices that will be raffled off to students at the winning schools. Information collected through this survey will be used to improve school meals during the rest of the school year and beyond. Thank you for encouraging your school community to fill it out! | |
| Come out and support the talented musicians of EPE at Advanced Modern Band’s Open Mic night at the Harp and Fiddle on Monday, February 24th in Park Ridge at 5:30. | WEEKLY POST: Purchase EPE Spirit Wear: Don’t forget to order your new EPE Spirit Wear. The easy-to-use website can be found here. WEEKLY POST: Add EPE’s Calendar to Your Personal Calendar: If you go to the school’s website and scroll down a little bit, you will find UPCOMING EVENTS on the left-hand side. We do our best to keep this as accurate as possible. If you click on SHOW CALENDAR below the events, it will bring you to the entire EPE calendar. In the top right corner, you will see little icons. These icons can be used to add the calendar to your own. WEEKLY POST: General LSC Information: If you are a parent, staff member, teacher, or community member, and you have a question/concern you would like the LSC to address, please contact those people using their emails found here. We are asking those who wish to make a comment or present a question during public participation at the next LSC meeting to complete this form. You have the option to have the Chair read the statements and questions aloud or to say them yourself. You can also sign up in person before the meeting begins | |
